So yeah, the year 2007 has ended.
I honestly don't know what to say. Everything has been an odd blur; even I can't believe that so many things have happened in such a short amount of time. And what am I to say about 2007?
I am honestly not in the mood to reminisce right now. Perhaps being totally happy right now is my priority. But honestly, 2007 may just be the best time of my life.
No, it was not tea and roses. Yes, I went through hell and back and back again for countless times. Yes, I've cried too many times that I could count. No, I didn't achieve any of my goals for 2007.
Yes, it was one hell of a year.
This year we got resectioned, I got a new haircut, met tons of new people, changed my self-image, and grew confidence. I baffled teachers, disappointed teachers, impressed teachers, and confused them to the brink of insanity with my awfully erroneous behaviour. I did lots of shopping, began buying books (half of which I haven't read, got fatter (sadly), rearranged and redecorated my room, got closer with other people, made new friends, enjoyed some lessons(some, mind you) and saw a miracle. Well, beat that.
I guess it would only be proper if I had a new year's resolution. God knows I haven't followed most of mine, since they were only figments of my overactive imagination. So let's list some I really want to accomplish.
I WILL....
1. try and stop overeating. :P
2. get into shape, go back to playing basketball or something
3. try to be more thrifty( no more compulsive overspending)
4. stop daydreaming too much. it has been overboard lately.
5. remember to charge my mp4 and phone
6. clean my room when it's awfully cluttered
7. stop oversleeping. i sleep like 9 hours a day, normally. i really don't think it's normal for a junior. :P
8. get into other things besides reading fics and manga. haha.
9. be more well-balanced.
10. be more confident
Now let's set some goals. There are a lot of them this year.
1. get into a good college
2. try a new haircut
3. start reading more books(well of knowledge, babeh)
4. clean my room
5. save my money more
6. enjoy my studies (yeah, right)
7. reconcile with someone
8. get my priorities straight
9. get more into writing. :)
Well, that's it for now, i guess. I'm still relishing my last few days of vacation before all the post-holiday doom befalls me. I still have a lot of schoolwork to be done. (MERCHANT, my god.) Anyway, signing off?
Enjoy the last remaining days, everyone. :)
